It is sad to see a nice little casino like this that has such a poorly managed hotel. The restaurant in the hotel was very good. I do this by feeling if the grates are cold. I always check to ensure the fridge is on in hotel rooms. When we finally did get into our room I went to the fridge to put some items in there. Obliviously there is something wrong that the hotel is not repairing. We got 2 more keys the first time, 5 keys the second time and 7 keys the last time. The staff said not to put the keys beside your cell phone as this deactivates them. We had to go down 3 additional times to get keys.

After checking in, we attempted to get in our room. Only a small counter with only two staff working. The check in for this hotel is inadequate. First off we were informed that the hot tub was not working.
